During this 60 minute consultation I will conduct a thorough feeding assessment and develop a peronalised feeding plan to work through any challenges you're facing.

• Breast and/or nipple pain, discomfort and trauma

• Latch issues - painful latch, baby not wanting to latch or feed, difficulty staying latched, shallow latch

• Positioning and attachment troubleshooting

• Identifying if your baby is getting enough milk and looking at milk transfer

• Slow weight gain

• Engorgement

• Advice on different breastfeeding positions

• Advice on feeding in public

• Advice regarding when to start expressing, how to express and reasons why you may want to express

• Paced, responsive bottle feeding of expressed breastmilk or formula milk

• Advice on top ups and combi feeding - how to ensure it doesn't affect your milk supply
